Break probably found it a lot easier to live his life at a distance from others pre-Oz’s return from the Abyss. Even though he acts caustic and distant from others, he does care about the people who have wormed their way into his life— Even if he won’t admit it. Ever.
Again another thing I do not believe he’ll ever admit, is that he is afraid of dying. Before the storyline began, I think that he didn’t have anything in particular (besides his promise to the Will of the Abyss) that made him attached to living. Now that he has people that care for and worry about him, he has something that he doesn’t want to lose, even though he knows he’s going to die soon.
I kind of ship him with 3 different people… Mostly I support BreakxReim though, since BreakxSharon is already a thing (in the sibling regard). BreakxShelly is cute too, however I think he likely holds more feelings of respect and appreciation to her…?
